Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after reports of a woman being sexually assaulted outside Burnley General Hospital.

Lancashire Police issued CCTV footage of the young male on a bicycle riding in the area after receiving the report at about 15:30 BST on 13 September.

They said they wanted to speak to the person in the footage as part of their investigation.

"We know the quality of the footage isn't the best, but we are convinced that anyone who knows him will be able to recognise him from it," they added.
