Woman dies and others hurt in two-vehicle crash

A woman has died and four others are in hospital after a two-vehicle crash in the Cotswolds, police have said.
Gloucestershire Police said the crash happened at about 18:40 BST on the A436 near Notgrove, between Andoversford and Bourton-on-the-Water.
Emergency services including an air ambulance attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said three people were in hospital with suspected serious injuries, while a fourth was taken to be checked over.
The force said the road would remain closed overnight for an investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the crash was asked to contact police.
