Two teenagers have been arrested after reports of threats to kill being made, Wiltshire Police said.

Two weapons were also seized, the force added, after officers were called to Westwood Road in Swindon at about 21.30 BST on Sunday.

Officers said a moped seen leaving the area was followed by a police drone to an address where two boys, aged 16 and 17, were arrested.

The 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of threats to kill and threats to destroy and damage property, while the 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of the possession of cannabis and possession of a bladed article in a public area.

Both remain in custody for questioning.

Police said the two weapons were seized by officers at the address where the boys were arrested.
