Three people were taken to hospital after a crash involving two cars.

It happened on St Mary's Road, between Ramsey St Mary's and Ramsey, at about 05:50 GMT on Tuesday.

Cambridgeshire Police said the driver of a white Vauxhall Astra, a man aged 65 and from Peterborough, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A passenger in a red Vauxhall Corsa, a 23-year-old man from Peterborough, was also taken to hospital with serious injuries while its driver, a man aged 59 from Bury, was treated for minor injuries.

Police said the Astra was heading towards Ramsey and the Corsa was being driven in the opposite direction.

"In particular, we would like to hear from anyone who saw, or has footage, of the white Astra before the collision."
