Man charged after tractor driven through floods

A man has been charged after a tractor was driven through a flooded high street and caused a bow wave which damaged several shops.
Simon Morgan, 57, was accused of one count of dangerous driving and 16 of criminal damage, West Mercia Police said.
A number of businesses reported damage following the incident on Teme Street in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, during severe flooding on 24 November.
Mr Morgan, of St Michaels, Tenbury Wells, is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on 6 November.
