E-scooter rider suffers life-threatening injuries

An e-scooter rider has been seriously injured after crashing into a parked car, police have said.
Officers were called to Waterhouse Lane near the junction with Victory Road in Southampton at 04:05 BST on Saturday.
A 22-year-old man, from Southampton, was taken to hospital with "serious injuries which are potentially life-threatening", Hampshire police said.
The force appealed for people with dashcam, doorbell or CCTV footage to get in touch.
