Arrest after reports of naked man inside HGV

An arrest has been made following reports of a naked man inside a HGV in a layby in Leicestershire.
Leicestershire Police said the alleged offence happened in Park Lane, in Castle Donington, between 15:40 and 16:00 GMT on Wednesday.
Officers want to speak to a man and a young girl seen by a witness in the area at the time.
A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and has been released under investigation.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, external, it is an "offence at common law to do in public any act of a lewd, obscene, or disgusting nature that outrages public decency".
