The public is being asked how it thinks a community centre in Surrey should be redeveloped.
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is hoping to carry out a £2.2m refurbishment of the 40-year old centre in Horley, with a reopening date of summer or autumn 2027 being pencilled in.
Most of the money will come from developers who have paid into a fund for more community facilities to support new housing.
A public survey, external is open until 10 August.
Executive member for community partnerships James Baker said: "Modernising Horley Community Centre will address the significant repairs and maintenance that are needed.
"It will also reduce running costs by improving the energy efficiency of the building, which supports the council's ambitions for net zero by 2030 too.
"The redesign will create a more welcoming building where we can provide the facilities and activities that people have told us they want; such as more multipurpose, hireable spaces so we can expand the activities on offer, and a new café with a more extensive menu, that will encourage passers by to drop in and regular users to stay and socialise."
Council staff will be on hand to discuss the plans at the centre in Albert Road on 22 July between 14:00 and 19:00 BST, and on 26 July from 10:00 to 14:00.
