Norfolk Police said a large number of mature plants, mostly between 5ft (1.5m) and 6ft (1.8m) tall, were found inside a property on Norfolk Street, King's Lynn, just before midnight on 31 December.
Officers also found various items of growing equipment and "evidence of electricity abstraction", it said.
All the plants and items were seized and the electricity supply was made safe, it added. No arrests have been made.
