A man has been arrested after about 200 cannabis plants were discovered growing at a Wolverhampton industrial estate.
Police searched units on the site, situated off Park Lane, on Tuesday morning where they found the plants and growing equipment.
A man was found inside premises and attempted to evade officers by climbing through a loft hatch on to the roof before he was safely captured, West Midlands Police said.
The force added a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity. All plants would be seized and destroyed, said police.
