Firefighters put out a blaze in an abandoned former council building in Cornwall on Thursday.

Crews from Truro, Falmouth and Tolvddon were called to the old Circuit House building, in Truro, at about 15:45 GMT to tackle a "small fire".

It was put out using a main jet and a hose reel jet and there were no reported injuries, Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said.

The former council building on St Clement Street is on the site of the stalled Pydar redevelopment scheme.
