Van driver sought after crash with teen cyclist

Guernsey Police is asking witnesses to come forward

Police in Guernsey are appealing for the driver of a white and green van to come forward after a crash involved a teenage cyclist.

Guernsey Police said "a road traffic collision occurred between a 13-year-old cyclist, and a white and green van" at La Vrangue, St Peter Port, at about 07:40 GMT on Thursday.

Both the teenager and the van were travelling towards the Post Office from the Mont Arrive direction, officers said.

Officers have not released any further information about the crash.

They have asked anyone with information or dashcam footage relating to the incident to call PC Potter on 222 222 or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
