Woman seriously injured in lorry crash

A woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a lorry.
Avon and Somerset Police said officers were called to a collision at 10:30 BST in Backwell, North Somerset.
A pedestrian was injured and police are still at the scene in Station Road.
Access to and from Nailsea and Backwell station reopened just before 13:00.
