An appeal has been launched to find family and friends of a man who died recently so his funeral can be arranged.

Nigel Charles Lewis, 75, had been living in the Bilston area of Wolverhampton.

City of Wolverhampton Council said it made appeals of this nature as it believed families and acquaintances should be given the opportunity to get involved with funeral arrangements, if they wished to.

Anyone who is related to Mr Lewis, or has information that may help trace relatives, has been asked to contact protection and funerals officer Donna Hulme at the council..
