Machete attacker slashes man in car
Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in his car

A man was slashed with a machete when he was attacked as he sat in his car, police have said.
The 36-year-old victim said his car was rammed by a white Vauxhall Insignia on Doncaster Road, Mexborough, at 19:45 GMT on Wednesday.
A man then got out of the Vauxhall and attacked him with a machete, before fleeing the scene on foot.
The man was taken to hospital with slash wounds which South Yorkshire Police said were not life-threatening or life-altering. The force urged anyone with information about the attack to contact them.
