Man suffers life-threatening injuries in stabbing

A man has suffered life-threatening injuries in a stabbing in Solihull, police said.
Officers were called to Masons Way in Olton just before 19:30 GMT on Thursday.
A 19-year-old man was found with stab injuries on Warwick Road nearby and was taken to hospital where he remained, West Midlands Police said.
An investigation has been launched and the force is carrying out inquiries at the scene to establish the circumstances.
Anyone with information or dashcam or doorbell footage is asked to contact police.
