Warning after fire engine struggles to move down road

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has urged drivers to be more considerate with their parking

A fire service has issued a warning to drivers after one of its engines "struggled" to move down a narrow road due to "how cars were parked".
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service shared pictures of its Princes Street station vehicle from Ipswich, which could be seen attempting to squeeze between parked vehicles.
A fire service spokesperson said "this delay could cost lives" and urged drivers to "think before you park".
They added: "Park close to the kerb, leave enough space for emergency vehicles."

Posting on X, they said: "Our Princes Street appliance struggled to pass through this street due to how cars were parked.
"This delay could cost lives."
No further details about the journey the vehicle was taking were given.
