Four men have been charged after cannabis with an estimated street value of £801,000 was discovered at a property in Hull.

Police executed a warrant at the premises in Ryde Avenue on Friday and found the drugs and two machetes.

Pellumb Cunhaji, 30, Glerdi Koceku, 19, Zani Plaka, 22, and Sajmir Spahiu, 33 - all of no fixed above - were charged at Hull Magistrates' Court on Saturday with cultivating cannabis.

Spahiu was also charged with possession of a knife in a public place.

A plea hearing has been set for 18 December at Hull Crown Court.
