Man denies murdering 34-year-old

A man has denied murdering a 34-year-old who was stabbed last week.
John Donaldson died in hospital after being stabbed on Birchington Avenue in Eston, Middlesbrough, at about 21:00 GMT on Thursday.
A 38-year-old man denied charges of murder, possession of a knife and criminal damage at Teesside Crown Court.
The defendant, who is from Middlesbrough, was remanded in custody.
A trial is due to start on 12 May next year.
