Singer-songwriter Ella Henderson will headline the Blackpool Illuminations switch-on concert.
The three times Brit-nominated star will perform at the free event on the Tower Festival Headland on 30 August.
Henderson rose to fame on ITV show, the X Factor, before going on to release her debut album, Chapter One, which topped the UK albums chart and spawned several chart successes including Ghost, Glow and Yours.
The name of the celebrity switching on this year's famous light show will be revealed in the coming days, Blackpool Council said.
Blackpool Illuminations will shine from 30 August until 5 January 2025.
Upbeat Rock Academy, which organises rock music tuition for more than 300 students from across the Fylde coast, will open the concert by presenting Blackpool Introduces, a showcase of local talent which will include House of Wingz, an award-winning hip hop dance crew.
The main show, staged in association with Hits Radio, will feature Grammy-nominated artist and founder member of The Pussycat Dolls, Kimberly Wyatt, and the Massaoke show performed by Rockstar Weekend as well as Henderson.
