Man charged after woman killed in A16 crash

The crash involved a Volkswagen Scirocco and a Vauxhall Zafira on 4 March

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in which a woman was killed and five people were injured.

Asen Kurtev, 46, of Carlton Road, Boston, was also charged with four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

The charges relate to a crash involving two cars just before 07:00 GMT on the A16 between Kirton and Sutterton roundabout, near Boston, on 4 March which led to the death of a 39-year-old woman.

Mr Kurtev is due to appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 22 January.
