People are being reminded they have a few more days to visit some of Guernsey Museums' sites before they are closed for winter.

The States of Guernsey said Fort Grey, the German Naval Signals Headquarters and Castle Cornet would close on Sunday for the winter season before reopening towards the end of spring.

A number of activities have been arranged at each museum for the half-term break before the closures, the States added.

Helen Glencross, the States' head of heritage services, said 2024 had been a "great year" for the sites.

Guernsey Museum will remain open until the end of the year.
