Police are investigating a string of indecent exposures in Nottingham.

A man has exposed himself to multiple women near Nottingham Arboretum in "recent weeks", Nottinghamshire Police said.

The force said women had been targeted in North Sherwood Street, Addison Street and Waverley Street.

The suspect is described as being in his 40s and 50s with blonde hair, while victims described him as "tall and having a skinny build and a scruffy look".

The force said the man had not made any attempt to approach the victims but did "cause them some alarm".

Sgt Karl Browne said: "Everyone has a right to feel safe when going about their daily business.

"We will not tolerate this behaviour, and would urge anyone who sees him to contact us immediately."

He added anyone who saw the man should call 999 "immediately".
