Man in hospital after stabbing and fire at address

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing and a fire at a property.
Emergency services were called to Station Street in Ipswich at about 08:45 BST.
Suffolk Police said the fire was quickly extinguished and a man in his 40s was taken to hospital with stab wounds.
He was said to be in a serious but stable condition, while a 55-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
The force said it was not seeking anybody else in connection with the incident and an investigation was under way.
