Kent Police have urged witnesses to come forward after four teenage girls were subjected to "inappropriate behaviour" in Maidstone.

Officers said two 16-year-old girls were approached in Whatman Park by a man at around 15:00 BST on 25 July, who allegedly asked them to take explicit pictures of him.

Two other girls were targeted two hours later with a similar request in St Peter's Street, police added.

Both incidents were reported to Kent Police who examined CCTV images in the area.

Officers have released two images of a man they wish to speak to. He has short grey hair and was wearing a black T-shirt and sunglasses.

Police urged anyone who recognises him or has any other information that could assist their investigation to get in touch.
