Tributes paid to man after murder charge

The family of a man whose death prompted a murder investigation have said he was the love of their lives.

Ismail Younis, 24, was found dead at the home in Richmond Road, Hockley, Birmingham, on 20 August.

Imran Uddin, 33, has since been charged with murder and on Wednesday appeared at Birmingham Crown Court, where he was remanded in custody, West Midlands Police said.

In a statement, Mr Younis' family said: "You are beautiful and your smile will always remain with us forever."

Detectives said an investigation was ongoing and Mr Younis' family were being supported by officers.
