A 46-year-old woman has died after a crash near Telford.
The two-vehicle collision happened on the A442 in Crudgington at about 08:00 GMT on Thursday.
The incident involved a Peugeot 2008 and a black Peugeot Expert van.
The woman, who was driving the van, was taken to hospital but later died from her injuries, West Mercia Police confirmed.
Officers are investigating the collision and anyone with information is urged to contact police on 101 or via the force's website.
