Man charged with attempted murder over assault

A man has been charged with attempted murder after an assault in Shipley.
West Yorkshire Police said a man was seriously injured at a property in the town on Friday and a woman also suffered minor injuries.
Officers said Lee Boocock, 36, had been charged with attempted murder and assault.
Mr Boocock, of Prospect Avenue in Shipley, is due to appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court later.
