Man airlifted to hospital after two stabbed

A man has been airlifted to hospital with potentially life threatening injuries after being stabbed in an attack at a house in Hereford.
Firearms officers were called to reports of a serious assault at a property in Moorfield Street at 16:25 BST on Wednesday.
The 42-year-old man was one of two people to suffer stab wounds during the attack, West Mercia Police said.
Another man, aged 49, has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, the force added.
Det Insp Jordan Baker said: “We understand that communities may feel concerned but we believe this to be an isolated incident.
"Enquiries are ongoing and police are in attendance in the area.”
