Call for hundreds of Santas to run through town

Organisers say there was a "real buzz" when 400 Santas took part last year

The search for hundreds of people to dress up as Santa and run through the streets of a Lincolnshire town has begun.
The second annual Louth Santa Run for Life will begin in the market place on Sunday 7 December at 11:00 GMT, raising money for Cancer Research UK.
Festive runners will complete a 2km (1.24 mile) or 4km (2.5 mile) fun run.
A spokesperson for Louth Rotary said: "We love to get involved in fun and inclusive events, and if we can raise money for good causes while giving our time, that's even better."
The event has been organised by Louth Run for Life and Louth Rotary who said there was a "real buzz" to make the event an annual tradition after 400 Santas turned out last year.
The town centre route will loop around St James' Church and participants can choose to complete one or two laps, whether that is running, jogging or walking.
Organisers said Louth Run for Life had raised about £950,000 for Cancer Research UK, and they hoped this event would take the total to more than £1m.
"Fighting disease is a core mission of Rotary International, and this event is a brilliant way to support vital cancer research while bringing the community together," the spokesperson said.
The event is open to all ages and abilities and includes a wheelchair friendly course.
Entrants must pay a registration fee by Sunday 23 November which includes a Santa suit, a race number, and a finisher's medal.
Simon West, chairman of Louth Run for Life, said: "It was amazing to see 400 Santas fill the town centre with festive cheer. We can't wait to do it all again - and even bigger this time."
