Teenager denies murdering 14-year-old boy

A boy has appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to murdering a 14-year-old on the Isle of Man.

Christopher McBurnie suffered a fatal stab wound and died at the scene, in Ramsey, on 29 May.

The accused teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, appeared at Douglas Courthouse via a live link.

The boy was remanded into custody and is set to next appear in court on 21 May.
