Police appeal after opticians targeted in break-in

A door window was smashed before the items were taken from the business, police said

Police are appealing for information after "a large number of high-value glasses, frames and sunglasses" were stolen from an opticians in Nottingham city centre.
Officers were called to a reported burglary at Gray & Bull Opticians on Pelham Street in the early hours of Wednesday when the break-in was discovered.
A door window was smashed before the property was entered, Nottinghamshire Police said.
The force confirmed it has launched an investigation.
