Appeal after man dies in three-vehicle crash

Police are appealing for information after a man died in a three-vehicle crash in Hayfield.
Emergency services were called to the A624 Chapel Road at about 19:35 GMT on Sunday.
Derbyshire Police said a man in his 30s, who was driving a Mini Clubman, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of a Volkswagen Polo suffered minor injuries.
The other vehicle involved was a Mercedes Sprinter van, the force added.
In a statement, police said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, as well as anyone who has any information."
