Police have released images of three men they want to trace in connection with the investigation into widespread disorder on Bonfire Night in Edinburgh.

The men are being sought as part of the probe into firework-related anti-social behaviour around Captains Road in the Gracemount area.

A total of 19 people have been arrested and more than 26 charges filed after police were targeted with pyrotechnics, bricks and bottles. Cars at a dealership were also damaged in a series of incident across the city on Halloween and 5 November.

Officers have asked anyone who recognises the men to contact them.

The first man, said to be between 20 and 30-year-old, is described as white, about 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with a bushy red or brown beard.

He was wearing a black hat, black trainers and a black tracksuit top with a white logo on the upper left chest and white lining around the shoulders.

The second man is thought to be between 30 and 40 years old with black hair and of medium build.

He was wearing a black jacket with a fur hood and black trousers, police said.

The third man, described as being between 18 and 20, is white, about 5ft 9in tall, of medium build and black hair.

He was wearing a black snood, black crew neck Nike jumper with a small white swoosh logo on the left side, black trousers and black trainers.

Det Insp Steven Dick said: "We are keen to talk to these males as we believe he may have information which could assist with our inquiries.
