Tommy Hunter, from Newhall in Derbyshire, was discovered dead in Ashby on 11 December after he failed to return from a night out.

Brandon Beesla, 27, of Hillsdale Road in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, has been charged with failing to stop after a road accident and driving a motor vehicle in a condition likely to cause danger of injury.

He is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Friday.
