Two men have been found guilty after taking part in a large-scale fight involving machetes and guns at a sporting event in Derby.
Four people were injured when violence broke out between two groups who attended a kabaddi tournament in Alvaston in August 2023, police said.
Parminder Singh and Malkeet Singh were both convicted of violent disorder, with Parminder Singh also guilty of possession of a firearm.
Both men, along with five others who had already admitted charges relating to the disorder, are due to be sentenced in October.
Derbyshire Police said the fight had been planned at a group meeting in Brunswick Street, Derby, beforehand.
Parminder Singh attended this meeting, officers said, and was then captured on drone footage moving towards a hedge between two fields at the scene.
A shoulder bag was later found in the area, which contained a loaded semi-automatic pistol.
Both the bag and the pistol had traces of his DNA on.
Parminder Singh, 25, from Parkes Street, Smethwick, Sandwell, was hit by a bullet in the groin during the incident and had to have it removed by surgeons.
Police said Malkeet Singh, 24, of Grindleford Road, Birmingham, was part of the other group and was also involved with the violence before he was then assaulted and suffered injuries to his head.
Kabaddi is a sport originating in India, in which two teams of seven take turns to send a raider to the other's territory, or half, tag members of the opposing team, and return "home" without being blocked by the other side.
