Man appears in court days after burglary

A man has appeared in court charged with burglary within days of a break-in.
Police were called to the scene in Union Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, shortly after 20:00 GMT on Friday.
The force said access was believed to have been gained through a front window but nothing was stolen.
The man, 38, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 4 December.
