A man has been treated for minor injuries after a suspected hit-and-run crash in Worcester.

West Mercia Police said it happened at about 17:00 BST on Saturday when the victim was on foot on Southfield Street and was hit by a car which did not stop.

The force said it was trying to trace the driver of a grey Peugeot estate and asked for witnesses.

The injured pedestrian was treated by medical staff at the scene.
