Police are appealing for information after a man died in a three-car crash in Herefordshire.

West Mercia Police said the crash, which involved a grey VW Polo, a black BMW1 series and a grey Mazda 6, happened on the C1125 between Hereford and Sutton St Nicholas at about 17:30 GMT on Saturday.

A man in his 80s, who was driving the VW Polo, was pronounced dead at the scene, the force confirmed.

A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody.

Police have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the crash to come forward.

In particular, officers would like to hear from the driver of a Tesla, who they believe could be a "key witness".
