A "safe space" with services for vulnerable women has reopened after renovations to its roof and interiors.
Building repairs have safeguarded the future of the Cambridge Women's Resource Centre (CWRC) in Peterborough.
Chief executive Harriet Morgan said the charity was thankful to everyone who supported it, but there was but there is still more to do as full refurbishment work was not complete.
The CWRC asked for support and donations including everyday essentials, equipment, furnishings and fundraising.

Harriet Morgan says the charity will help women find a way forward by improving their lives with support for health and wellbeing
The Peterborough centre provides resources, support and advice to vulnerable women, including those affected by domestic abuse, homelessness, poverty and trauma.
It asked for donations to help make the space a safe and welcoming place.
Ms Morgan said: "The reopening of CWRC Peterborough Centre is testament to the strength and resilience of our charity and the communities we work with.
"CWRC is enormously thankful to everyone who has helped us get to this stage, but there is still more to do, and by working together we can create a positive place to reflect the care that all women deserve.
"CWRC Peterborough will help women in finding way forward by improving their lives with support for health and wellbeing."
