A major A-road has been closed in both directions following a serious collision between an HGV and car.
At 14:35 BST, police said the A47 Acle Straight, which runs between Acle and Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, was shut.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was flown to the scene.
National Highways said the road surface would need assessing, external for damage and spillage and that it would likely remain closed into the evening.
Traffic has been diverted on to local roads.
