Several roads have been been closed across Cheshire due to flooding, a council has warned.
Cheshire West and Chester Council has been issuing alerts since 10:30 BST with roads closed in several areas especially around Chester.
Among the areas affected in Chester is Parkgate Road which is currently closed by the police from Blacon Avenue roundabout to Townfield Lane, Mollington due to a car stuck in flood water.
However two roads just east of Hoole have reopened the council - they are Station Lane, Mickle Trafford between School Lane & St Peters Way and Acres Lane, Upton from Caughall Road to Salters Lane.
