There was no third-party involvement in the death of a cyclist a week ago, police said.
A man in his 60s was found in a serious condition on Blossom Hill in Matlaske, near Holt, at 13:30 GMT on 1 March.
Norfolk Police initially said it was investigating a potential hit-and-run in the village.
However, the force said following a post-mortem examination, the man, who has not yet been named, died as a result of a medical episode.
The cyclist had been travelling towards Holt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed while officers carried out inquiries.
