Masked thieves steal cash from branch of Aldi

Masked thieves broke into a supermarket, threatened staff and demanded money from the safe before they made their escape.
A number of offenders wearing face coverings and dark clothing broke into a staff area of Aldi at Chatterley Parkway, Nottingham, just after 21:30 GMT on Friday, Nottinghamshire Police said.
They made off with a quantity of cash, with no-one was hurt.
Police said it had searched the area and detectives would continue inquiries and look at CCTV footage.
Det Sgt Alana Scott said: "Our investigation is still in its very early stages, but we are using all available resources to track down those responsible as this must have been a frightening incident for staff in the store at the time.
"Officers remain in the area while they carry out inquiries into this isolated incident. If anyone has any concerns, please speak to an officer."
Police are keen to hear from anyone who has information that might help them with their inquiries.
