A British actor best known for straight talking in a cockney accent said moving to Essex has meant his children were quite privileged and posh.
Danny Dyer, 47, rose to fame in the 1999 film Human Traffic and also played Mick Carter in BBC's EastEnders during his career.
The actor, originally from east London, told BBC Essex that while he loved his roots after earning a "few quid" he decided to move his family to the county 15 years ago.
He said he had wanted to give his kids a better life and added: "I love it round here - got quite privileged, quite posh kids in a way."
Dyer is starring in a new romcom set to release on Friday called Marching Powder.
He said the film was "fascinating" and focused on working class people.
"Let's get working class people back in the cinema," he added.
Describing the film as the "antichrist to Bridget Jones", he said it had an edge from "how the dialogue comes in, how working class people talk to each other, working class love".
He added: "It's really fascinating and everyone is frightened to do it."
He revealed the film talked about masculinity in a positive way, but also sheds a light on how "ridiculous" it could be sometimes.
