TV chef Dave Myers would be "very, very humbled", one of the organisers behind next weekend's Dave Day 2 charity event has said.
Thousands of bikers are again expected to ride to Barrow, in Cumbria, as they did last year in celebration of the 66-year-old who died after being diagnosed with cancer.
More than £127,000 was raised for charity by that inaugural event.
Entertainment on Saturday and Sunday includes a concert and a charity football match with tickets priced £10 for each event.
A food bank collection is also being organised with people asked to take one non-perishable item.
Money raised this year will be donated to Cancer Care North West and Childline.

Dave Myers and Si King had a shared passion for motorcycles and food
Jason Woodcock - known as Woody - told BBC Radio Cumbria: "We're running round like the proverbial, but it's fantastic.
"Lots of people are getting really excited and we're looking forward to doing it again.
"If we can get as many bikers as last year we'll be very happy.
"The bikes arriving will be a spectacle in itself considering the numbers and the locals have come out again offering accommodation and back gardens for people to stay in.
"There's a lot to look forward to and fingers crossed the weather's on our side."

Last year's procession went from London to Barrow with bikers cheered on by well-wishers
Asked what Myers would think of the festivities, which last year saw a procession from London led by his fellow Hairy Biker Si King, Mr Woodcock said: "He'd be very, very humbled.
"He was a fantastic man and what you saw on telly with both him and Si was exactly what they're like in real life.
"He'd find it hilarious and wonder what all the fuss was about.
"I think the biggest thing Dave would've been really proud of is I've had more than 100 people contact me over the last year to say Dave Day has inspired them to get on a motorbike and take their test.
"That's amazing for us to get people into biking."
