Teens arrested after fire in County Hall grounds

Two teenagers have been arrested following a fire that completely destroyed a disused building.

Emergency services were called to the grounds of County Hall in Pegs Lane, Hertford shortly after 19:00 BST on 13 May.

Two boys, aged 16 and 14, were questioned on suspicion of arson not endangering life.

Hertfordshire Police said they had been released on bail while investigations continued.
