Community group calls for help after building loss

A Lincolnshire community group is appealing for help after losing two of the buildings it operates from.
Boxes of Hope in Holbeach will have to leave its hub in the town centre and its warehouse over the next few weeks.
The organisation provides "practical support" for people in need who are referred to them by councils and and other charities.
Managing director Mandy Baxter told BBC Radio Lincolnshire she was "quite desperate" to find new premises.
"The warehouse that we have all our furniture and all our donations in, we’ve got literally weeks to get out it," she said.
"The hub that we have, which is a lifeline in the town, is up for sale."
Ms Baxter said the Community Interest Company was raising money to buy the hub building and trying to find alternative warehouse space.
“We just need somewhere quite big even if it is just to tide us over until we get something else sorted out," she said.
The organisation helps numerous groups, including offering school uniforms and other clothing as well as furniture for those in need.
"We offer practical and wellbeing support, we sort of put the fire out if you like," Ms Baxter said.
"If somebody is in crisis, they need something practical for their home, or they need clothes or they need shoes or the children need a new bed and they can’t afford it.
"They can come to us and we immediately help them."
