Mobility scooter rider seriously hurt in HGV crash
The crash happened on Old Pier Street in Walton-on-the-Naze

A man in his 60s was taken to hospital following a crash between an HGV and a mobility scooter.
Essex Police was called to the incident on Old Pier Street in Walton-on-the-Naze at about 14:45 BST on Friday, 1 November.
The rider of the mobility scooter sustained life-changing injuries.
Police have asked anyone who witnessed the crash or who has CCTV, dashcam or other footage of the incident to get in contact.
