Surrey Police has appealed for information after a man's body was found in the River Thames.
The force said officers were called to Penton Hook Lock at 08:45 GMT on 12 December, following reports of a body in the water.
Officers said the man was bald, white, in his 40s and about 6ft (1.8m) tall.
He was wearing a blue top, black tracksuit trousers and blue trainers with a red trim and white soles, they added.
His body was recovered by Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.
Police said that "despite extensive enquiries" they have been unable to identify the man or trace his next of kin.
"We are now asking for the public's help in identifying him," they said.
